regarding the schedule for the Interim Assessment in the 2025/2026 academic year
June 29 – July 3, 2026 – Deadline for doctoral students to submit their summary of academic accomplishments with attachments (via system) and original summary of academic accomplishments (without attachments) in AGH Doctoral School office;
July 8, 2026 – Deadline for making doctoral students’ documentation available to the Committees;
July 15, 2026 – Deadline for the Committees to submit detailed schedules of meetings with doctoral students (via system);
September 1–8, 2026 – Period for Committee meetings with doctoral students;
September 10, 2026 – Deadline for the Committees to submit interim assessment documents to the Doctoral School Office;
September 24, 2026 – Deadline for doctoral students to submit appeals against a negative interim assessment;
October 1–2, 2026 – Period for Appeal Committee meetings with doctoral students;
October 8, 2026 – Deadline for the Appeal Committees to submit interim assesment documents to the Doctoral School Office and official end of the interim assesment process;
